Job Overview:
Are you passionate about social media, wellness, and creating a strong connection with audiences? We’re looking for a Social Media Coordinator who will be responsible for shaping and executing Bloom’s social media strategy across all platforms, enhancing our brand voice, and driving community engagement. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, a strategic executor, and a trend-savvy individual who understands the unique dynamics of each social platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of social media content strategies across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more
- Schedule, post, and monitor daily content to ensure consistency and alignment with brand voice and marketing initiatives
- Identify trending content, themes and audio and insert brand into the conversation
- Ideate, create and edit content (images, videos, reels, stories) that engages and resonates with audience
- Be comfortable on camera and speaking to audience
- Collaborate with the creative and brand marketing teams to brainstorm and develop content ideas for product launches, campaigns, and promotions
- Engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and authentic manner
- Track and report on social media performance metrics, providing insights to optimize content and increase engagement
- Stay up to date on social media trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation within the brand
- Support influencer partnerships, working closely with influencer team to amplify brand messaging
- Assist in managing social media ad campaigns as needed
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience (2 years) managing social media accounts in a professional setting, preferably within the wellness or consumer goods industry
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn platforms
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills
- Ability to generate creative ideas and content that drives engagement and brand awareness
- Strong multitasking, time management, and project management skills
- Experience with social media analytics tools and the ability to analyze performance data
- Passion for wellness, nutrition, and community-building
