Position: Account Manager

Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 per year

Bloom Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Account Manager on behalf of a well-established landscape services provider. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, proactive, and has a strong background in managing landscape maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive communication and quality service.
- Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and meetings with clients to address concerns and maintain strong relationships.
- Oversee crews and ensure work meets quality and safety standards.
- Attend HOA meetings as required (minimum of 2).
- Train and supervise field personnel, providing ongoing support and conducting performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Assist in preparing estimates, sales presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Maintain organized records of client communications, job progress, and scheduling.
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Experience managing teams and overseeing landscape maintenance operations.
- Working knowledge of irrigation, horticulture, and pesticide applications.
- Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Sciences or completion of 30 semester units in agricultural or related fields preferred.
- Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Outdoor work in various weather conditions (20°F – 100°F).
- Exposure to dust, chemicals, and equipment noise.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 20–50 lbs.
