What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with a portfolio of 50-100 50-100 schools, from top universities to private high schools, ensuring they get the most out of services.
- Stay ahead of client needs with proactive seasonal check-ins and quarterly deep dives to keep them engaged and satisfied.
- Leverage HubSpot CRM to track interactions, manage accounts, and uncover new ways to add value.
- Connect with key decision-makers—athletic directors, advancement teams, and more—to strengthen partnerships and drive long-term success.
- Develop and execute strategies aimed at boosting client retention, including identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
What You’ll Bring
- At least one year SaaS account management experience (3 years preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree is a plus, but passion and experience matter most.
- A proven ability to juggle a large portfolio of accounts (50-100) while delivering top-notch service.
- Tech-savvy with CRM systems—bonus points if you’re a HubSpot pro!
- Exceptional communication skills and a knack for building strong, trust-based relationships.
- A track record of keeping clients happy, engaged, and coming back for more.
