High-growth health tech startup addressing critical gaps in the healthcare system is looking for an Executive Assistant to support their CEO and Chief Product Officer. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a 60-person team that's already making strides toward its next round of funding, following a recent Series A backed by prominent VCs and industry leaders. As a right-hand partner to the Co-Founders, you'll manage complex calendars, travel logistics, off-site planning, and cross-company project management. A self-starter with an unstoppable drive for execution, the ability to navigate ambiguity, and harness creative energy, all while effectively collaborating across teams through exceptional communication skills. This is a remote role with some travel required for off-sites and in-person support (~ 2 times per year). 140-190K DOE health benefits, 401k with matching, and unlimited PTO.
Responsibilities:
- Expertly manage busy and dynamic schedules for the CEO and Chief Product Officer, ensuring time is spent on top priorities and initiatives.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and detailed itineraries.
- Prepare for meetings by organizing materials, documenting decisions, and following up on action items to ensure progress.
- Plan and execute team off-sites twice a year, handling logistics such as venue bookings, accommodations, and dining arrangements.
- Oversee project management tasks, including collecting inputs, building presentations, reviewing content for completeness, and ensuring alignment with objectives.
- Act as a liaison between Executives and cross-functional partners to streamline communication and ensure deadlines and goals are met.
- Maintain visibility into ongoing projects, involve the right stakeholders, and keep teams informed of progress and decisions.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring every detail is handled meticulously and effectively.
- 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting high-performing leaders.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment with a willingness to adapt to late nights and occasional weekend responsibilities.
- A balance of strategic thinking and creative problem-solving to enhance the effectiveness of Executives.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and excel in a dynamic, high-energy work environment with competing priorities.
- A strong bias for action and the ability to meet challenging timelines while maintaining high standards.
