BloomBox is seeking a friendly, positive Customer Solution Seeker to help grow our company! This position is ‘The Face of BloomBox’ and will be the main point of contact with customers. This position is part time (20 hours per week) and This position pays $19-$24 per hour.
Candidates must:
- Possess a positive, can-do attitude and be willing to do whatever is needed to get the job done.
- Be an excellent communicator- both through typing and on the phone (if needed.)
- Be proficient in apple hardware, and have a basic understanding of website back ends, routing software, inventory systems and/or willingness and ability to learn.
- Have a good understanding of plants/horticulture and/or an extreme eagerness to learn
- Be located in Lancaster, PA or nearby.
- Flexible hours.
Job duties:
- Assist customers while they are shopping: offer suggestions, answer questions about plants/products, and fix errors with customer accounts or delivered orders.
- Answer live-chats, emails, and phone calls from customers.
- Manage workflow: Ensure errors are sent to appropriate team members for resolution.
- Be highly organized, detail oriented to ensure order issues are resolved quickly.
