What are the responsibilities and job description for the Plant Order Fulfillment Specialist position at BloomBox?
BloomBox is seeking energetic and motivated order specialists to assist us in growing our overall sales and customer satisfaction. This position is seasonal and part time, offering 20-40 hours per week during peak times. Flexible scheduling allows you to work 1 day per week up to 4 days per week.
Pay:
- Lancaster, PA: $15/hour plus tips. Tips range from $2-$11 per hour on top of hourly rate, for a maximum pay of up to $26/hour
Candidates must:
- Be friendly, attentive and be 100% customer focused at all times.
- Be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Be highly detail-oriented and organized.
- Be flexible, work well with others, and have a positive outlook.
- Be located in Lancaster PA
Job duties:
- Pull, organize and pack plant and supply orders.
- Receive and organize weekly inventory deliveries.
- Re-stock inventory.
- General care for plant inventory- watering, pruning, organizing, etc
- Track and report order issues to ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
