Here’s what you'll need:
- Basic understanding of Quickbooks, Word, Excel, Outlook and etc
- Pass a background test and drug test.
- Typing speed: 50 WPM or better
- Utilize social media and other platforms to help market company
- Work independently and with minimum supervision
- Demonstrate the ability to willingly learn the our field and have a very humble and "coachable" attitude.
Here’s what you’d do:
The Office Assistant will answer phones to respond to customer, vendors and subcontractors questions and requests and make outbound calls and log this information into CRM. I will assist in scheduling crews. At times this individual will work closely with the owner and/or management. Must be able to provide instant support to management and team members in the field while still performing daily duties. This individual will accurately document all calls in a call log. This individual answers questions that they are able to answer and directs all other questions to the appropriate team member. You may be required to leave the office and pick up supplies for the team. This individual must be talented, self motivated, able to work with minimum supervision and highly energetic.
You’d be responsible for:
- Support staff members in the field with drafting and providing client proposals and other administrative needs
- Communicating calls and nature of call to the appropriate team member
- Communicating as needed with customers to ensure high quality and service expectations are met
- Processing work orders and client requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Successfully meeting and adhering to company quality and goals set forth by management
- Other tasks and duties, as assigned
You might be a good fit if you have:
- Minimum experience of 1 year in customer service or call center position
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, both internal and external communication
- Ability to think quickly and make decisions regarding customer or subcontractor questions/issues
