What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager, Creative Services position at Bloomin Brands?
The Manager, Creative Services will partner with the brand team and manages creative development work for Outback & Bloomin’ Brands Corp. from start to finish. Manages the project flow through the department, delegating and providing creative direction to agencies and internal creative teams, developing timelines, obtaining approvals, handling any issues that arise with projects and working with Creative and Brand to ensure that every project gets delivered with the highest quality, is on strategy, on time, and on budget.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Production Planning (25% of role): Coordinate all aspects of photography and video shoots, including but not limited to:
* Managing the various vendors across pre-production, production, post-production, Audio, VO talent, VFX
* Conducting & triple-bidding Director searches
* Scheduling internal and external resources for production dates
* Coordinate all necessary elements for production (food, beverages, small wares, décor, table tops, etc.)
* Develop pre-production documents for alignment with creative and brand team
* Budget and invoice management
Local Creative Production (25% of role)
* Interface between the Local Marketing team and the Creative team to ensure consistent adherence to guidelines for all marketing materials and activities
* Review and approve all creative before shared with the Restaurant teams
* Manage print production process for all in-restaurant collateral (menus, gift cards, signage, etc.)
* Lead the development and delivery of our local art strategy, where each Outback is fitted with custom art marrying our Aussie spirit with icons of that local market
National Campaigns Project Management (40% of role)
* Act as the liaison between the internal creative team and brand team in the creative development process
* Assign creative projects across internal team and network of freelancers
* Manage timelines and budgets for all creative development (internal and external)
* Trafficking of creative to responsible agencies / partners / networks
* Partners with Brand Managers to estimate creative budgets for the year.
Miscellaneous Creative (10% of role)
* Serve as a brand steward by implementing and maintaining a high standard of design.
* Provides art direction and message development of creative for national and local campaigns across multiple channels.
* Ensures consistent adherence to guidelines for all marketing materials and activities.
* Provides back-up support to peers within the Creative Department as necessary.
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Creative Design or related field
Experience/Skills:
* Five plus years agency and/or corporate marketing experience
* Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams) and knowledge of Creative Suite (Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator). HTML knowledge preferred, but not required.
* Skilled at Project Management and has experience with Project Management platforms, preferably Asana

Salary : $56,200 - $71,100
