Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth interview process.
- Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Assist in sourcing candidates through various platforms, including job boards and social media.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Support onboarding processes for new hires, including documentation and training development.
- Collaborate with HR team members to streamline recruitment processes and improve efficiency.
