Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Hookah Maker to join our vibrant hookah lounge team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality hookah experiences for our guests, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for customer service and a keen understanding of hookah preparation techniques.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of hookah flavors to customers, ensuring the highest quality and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hookah preparation area, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Engage with customers to provide recommendations, answer questions, and enhance their overall experience.
• Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy hours.
• Assist in upselling additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the lounge environment.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently for order processing.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or a fast-paced environment such as a quick service restaurant, café, or grocery store is preferred.
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is advantageous.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting.
• Experience in upselling products or services is a plus.
• A passion for creating enjoyable experiences for guests in a social atmosphere.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
