The Role:

As an Account Executive on our industry-leading Connected Products team, you’ll take ownership of driving growth and building lasting customer relationships. Collaborating with sales, marketing, and client success teams, you’ll identify opportunities, solve challenges, and deliver tailored solutions that empower businesses to achieve their goals.
In this role, you’ll own the full customer lifecycle, guiding businesses from initial engagement through renewal and growth. Your focus will be on understanding their challenges, providing innovative solutions, and fostering relationships that drive mutual success.
Job Responsibilities:
- Become an expert in the challenges we solve, the unique value we deliver, and how we stand out in the market.
- Develop and execute strategic outbound efforts to generate and nurture a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Lead compelling product demos and deliver tailored presentations that align Blue Bite’s capabilities with customer goals.
- Craft and present sales proposals on the path to closing new, renewal, and expansion opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM hygiene
- Willing to travel up to 10%-25% of the time
Job Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years of proven success in winning new business, ideally in martech or supply chain sales.
- Consistently achieves or exceeds quota while maintaining a robust, healthy pipeline.
- Technical adept at delivering impactful product demos.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to present confidently and influence C-level stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, excelling across phone, email, Slack, and in-person interactions.
- High standards for sales excellence, with a focus on forecast accuracy and CRM hygiene.
