What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Specialist (On-Site) position at Blue Bridge Financial, Inc.?
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating marketing content and distributing it effectively. You will help us create a strong brand presence with innovative promotional offerings, online and offline marketing campaigns, and marketing events. You will collaborate with the sales team to ensure that your marketing efforts support their sales efforts. Finally, your analytical skills will assist you as your monitor and report on the success of your marketing efforts.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as main point of contact for marketing relationships involved in SEO, Paid advertising, and affiliate marketing channels
- Work creatively with these partners and senior management to grow these channels and expand inbound business volume
- Manage Facebook and LinkedIn accounts, create content schedule and regularly upload new content, review analytics, develop strategy to grow following and expand presence
- Manage and create email campaigns for end users and vendor/dealer partners through Pardot/Salesforce
- Manage and create regular communications to our broker partners through Pardot/Salesforce
- Create content and graphic design for email campaigns, online advertisements, banners, sales efforts, etc…
- Managing and preparing materials for trade shows and events
- Analyze success of all marketing channels continuously to provide recommendations on budget disbursements and provide quick feedback on success of channels to upper management
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in a marketing/graphic design
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and customer relationship management
- Established experience with one or more marketing channels for ongoing customer outreach and/or new lead acquisition.
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Salesforce CRM.
- Experience with Pardot.
- Ability to conceptualize and write marketing copy for ongoing customer outreach (newsletters, blogs, email campaigns)
- Analytical and creative problem solver
- Ability to prioritize, self-manage, and seek help when necessary.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
