Landscaping Associate

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a commitment to maintaining various landscapes. This role involves various tasks related to landscape maintenance, groundskeeping, and irrigation. The Landscape Laborer will work closely with other team members to ensure that all projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Duties

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
• Assist in irrigation repairs, with trained irrigation tech
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks.
• Maintain equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Conduct snow plowing during winter months as needed.
• Collaborate with team members on larger landscaping projects, ensuring quality workmanship.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times.

Experience

• Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices and lawn care techniques is a plus.
• Mechanical knowledge related to the operation of landscaping equipment is beneficial.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical labor for extended periods.
• A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions are essential for success in this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed
• Year round work
