Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and operate the Health Lodge facility, ensuring a safe and clean environment for all staff and campers.
- Provide 24-hour care through rotating shifts, utilizing strong communication and problem-solving skills to address complex health issues.
- Offer basic first aid, support camper needs, and transport campers for off-camp medical care when necessary.
- Distribute medication and perform symptom screenings and temperature checks in accordance with established protocols.
- Contribute to cleaning, laundry, inventory, and other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the Health Lodge.
