Your Role
This role resides within the IT Applications' Transformation, Operations & Customer Experience team. The candidate will report to the IT Director, Solution & Delivery Lead in the Portfolio. In this role you will be responsible for leading, facilitating, and driving continuous improvement of Agile practices for the team or teams that you'll be supporting. The Portfolio is responsible for the development and support of complex technology solutions from claims processing to benefit enrollment. This role will lead project scope & coordination across a matrix of Agile teams including IT, business & vendor partners to deliver value & capabilities that meet the needs of our customers. We strive to deliver sustainable solutions that optimize for cost, quality, and fit for purpose.
Your Knowledge and Experience
- Requires bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Requires10 years of relevant experience, preferably in Project Management skills or Scrum Master experience
- Requires Scaled Agile (SAFe) certification: Scrum Master or Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM)
- Preferred Scrum Master certification (PSM II, PSM III, CSP, CTC); CSM, A-CSM (Scrum Alliance certifications)
- Preferred experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least four years for a Scrum team
- Preferred experience using JIRA and AgilePlace
- Preferred experience with Program/Project Management responsibilities, optionally including Project Management Professional (PMP) credential
