As part of the infrastructure team, you'll oversee server workspaces, workstation patching, and proactive monitoring, supporting thousands of users and hundreds of servers. If you have hands-on experience with ManageEngine tools, Windows-based environments, and network operations exposure, this could be a great fit for you!
What You’ll Do
- Manage & Maintain IT Systems: Administer enterprise workstations and servers, ensuring system health, security, and performance.
- Software & Patch Management: Deploy security patches and updates for Windows servers and workstations using ManageEngine Endpoint Central.
- Proactive System Monitoring: Implement tools to track infrastructure performance, address issues, and maintain operational efficiency.
- Network & Security Support: Assist with network operations, including Cisco Meraki administration and endpoint security compliance.
- Office 365 Administration: Support enterprise applications including Microsoft 365 (email, SharePoint, OneDrive) and manage Active Directory environments, including Group Policy configurations.
- Software Asset Management: Track, manage, and deploy business-critical applications beyond patching.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Act as a key resource in resolving infrastructure-related incidents, working collaboratively within a high-performing IT team.
What You Bring
- 3 years of hands-on experience in systems administration, including Windows servers, Office 365, and IT infrastructure.
- Extensive experience in managing and maintaining systems, including updates, performance monitoring, and implementing security measures.
- Experience with ManageEngine tools (Endpoint Central, OpManager, ServiceDesk Plus) or comparable endpoint management solutions.
- Exposure to Cisco Meraki networking tools (training can be provided).
- Understanding of PowerShell scripting is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site 5 days a week in the Phoenix metro area.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to IT system optimization.
