Our Sales Coordinator Super Star will Have Fun :
- Reach out and connect with potential clients through various channels like inbound inquiries, outbound calls, online platforms, and marketing campaigns.
- Schedule and organize meetings between sales team and prospective clients to provide them with quotes and estimates for their residential cleaning needs.
- Respond quickly and professionally to client inquiries, providing all necessary information about residential cleaning services, pricing, and availability.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and sales activities using CRM software or other tools.
- Prepare and send proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documents to clients, following up to ensure timely receipt and completion.
- Work with the operations team to schedule cleaning staff and equipment based on sales orders and client requirements.
- Maintain clear and open communication with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless delivery of residential cleaning services, address concerns and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales campaigns, promotions, and other initiatives to generate leads and increase sales.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, including metrics, targets, and goals, and provide regular updates to the sales team and management.
- Prepare sales presentations, materials, and reports for meetings and presentations to support sales activities.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team to ensure smooth operations
