Job Title: RV Park Office Assistant
Location: Blue Sky at Cedar Creek Lake RV Park
Pay Rate: $12/hour
Hours: 20-30 hours per week
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated RV Park Office Assistant/Event Coordinator to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will possess excellent computer skills, have a strong attention to detail, and thrive in a customer-facing role. This position requires someone who is both professional and friendly, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Activity Planning & Implementation: Organize and execute various activities and events for park guests.
- Reservations & Camp Store Management: Use our Newbook software to handle reservations and payments, run our camp store, and manage inventory.
- Merchandise Sales: Assist guests with purchases, manage stock levels, and reorder as needed.
- Customer Service: Provide outstanding service by greeting guests, addressing inquiries, and ensuring an enjoyable stay.
- Marketing Assistance: Create and manage social media content, take photos of the park and events, and respond to customer comments and reviews.
- Review Management: Monitor and handle online reviews, addressing any concerns in a professional manner.
Requirements:
- Strong computer skills, experience with reservation software (Newbook preferred, but not necessary).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to plan and execute activities.
- Previous experience in social media management is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
