Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Manage Sales Team: Supervise, motivate, and coach a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed targets.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the multifunctional device market to expand our customer base.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Market Insights: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and product knowledge to drive sales initiatives and enhance customer engagement.
- Reporting and Analysis: Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze data to optimize sales processes and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role within the multifunctional device or technology sector.
- Strong knowledge of multifunctional devices, such as copiers, printers, scanners, and related solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team, while working cross-functionally with marketing and product teams.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
