As a Workamper with Blue Water Hospitality Group, LLC, you will have the opportunity to live and work on our properties while providing exceptional guest services. We are seeking individuals who own an RV/Camper and have campground/hotel experience.
Compensation
Hourly wage rates vary depending on role, state, skills, and experience. Workampers are eligible for wages for all hours worked and may be eligible for an end-of-agreement bonus.
Job Responsibilities
Workampers will work in multiple roles during the season, including housekeeping, grounds/maintenance, front desk/guest service, camp post/security, recreation/activities, and cafe/retail. The hospitality environment is fast-paced, and at times, you may be required to cover or assist with tasks/job functions outside of the job you were hired for.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and customer service skills, including the ability to remain calm and friendly when confronted with upset visitors or problems. You should also have the ability to be on your feet, ride a bike and/or drive a golf cart, and move around freely with guests.
