The Coding Process Improvement team is looking for an Associate Business Analyst. In this role, you will collaborate with the Coding Process Improvement Team, the CARR Team, and the Enterprise. This role will allow you to gather, organize and disseminate detailed information end to end. You will need to be enthusiastic about working with business partners from all areas of the enterprise, have extensive knowledge in Facets Workflow and Customer Service inquiries, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision with an awesome support system.
Job Responsibilities
- Providing recommendations that supports the design, development, assessment, and implementation of organizational management projects, policies, and/or procedures.
- Participating in business process improvement projects for internal business groups, aiming to improve business results.
- Contributing to cost/benefit evaluations on various external and internal resources.
- Participating in analyzing business requirements and production specifications to improve the effectiveness of the organization's management operations.
Job Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience
- 2 years - Technical or operational experience required
Skills\Certifications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment sharing responsibility, roles and accountability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Proficient oral and written communication skills
- Proficient interpersonal and organizational skills
- Working experience with Facets
