Position Summary:
The Part-Time Administrative Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the smooth operation of the BlueForge Administrative Operations with a specific focus on IT services in alignment with business needs. This role involves providing administrative assistance across departments and facilitating IT-related processes, both directly and indirectly impacting operational functions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with management to select products and negotiate buying terms with vendors, including price and delivery.
- Oversees order placement and delivery.
- Maintain the inventory of licenses for all purchased software.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly spending reports to analyze expenditures and make improvements.
- Manage the change management cadence, documentation and communications
- Manage and administrate the BFA Information Technology mailbox
- Collect metrics and create reports on the helpdesk ticketing process
- Monitor and track office supplies, equipment, and inventory levels.
- Assist with the implementation of operational processes and procedures.
- Maintain strong communication and collaboration with other departments to ensure operational needs are met.
- Assist with special projects as assigned by management.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner.
- Support compliance and regulatory document management when necessary.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
