Position Summary:
The Designer will play a key role within the BlueForge Alliance (BFA) internal creative team, delivering exceptional design solutions that bring the BFA and its external-facing brands to life. This role is responsible for developing and executing creative concepts across a wide range of media including digital, print, video, and motion graphics. The Designer will independently lead design projects from concept through execution, ensuring strategic alignment, brand consistency, and impactful visual storytelling. This is a hands-on, executional role best suited for a versatile designer who is comfortable shifting between mediums and formats to meet creative needs across the organization. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- · Conceptualize and deliver compelling design solutions across a variety of mediums including digital, print, social media, motion graphics, and video editing.
- · Lead the visual development of campaign and brand materials, ensuring alignment with strategic and creative objectives.
- · Design for a wide array of assets including websites, landing pages, email templates, presentations, infographics, advertisements, and physical collateral.
- · Collaborate with creative leadership, copywriters, multimedia producers, and marketing partners to bring integrated campaign ideas to life.
- · Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
- · Support the production of motion graphics and edit video content for use across digital and experiential platforms.
- · Stay current on design trends, tools, and technologies; integrate best practices into daily work and bring fresh ideas to the team.
- · Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high creative standards.
- · Present and clearly communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and collaborators.
- · Ensure all final deliverables meet technical requirements and quality standards for production.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
