Position Summary:
The Student Admin Assistant provides administrative assistance to the Contracts and Procurement Team. This role is intended to be an opportunity for a current student to apply their skills in the workplace, build professional relationships, and contribute to the success of our organization. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Data Entry into CostPoint and SmartSheet
- Data correction into CostPoint
- Review & Enter vendor data in CostPoint & SmartSheet
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Ability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week, but no more than 29 hours per week.

Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite. CostPoint and SmartSheet knowledge not required.
- Ability to work independently and part of team, prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Punctual and reliable.
Education, Certifications, and Experience:
- Currently enrolled as a student in a high school, college, or university program.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds at times.
