What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of First Impressions (Hospitality Ambassador) position at Bluegrass Land Title, LLC?
Welcome to Bluegrass Land Title, LLC! We're on the hunt for a vibrant, people-focused individual to take on the role of Director of First Impressions. Think of yourself as the friendly face and voice of our company-a master of multitasking who thrives on creating warm, memorable experiences for every client who steps through our doors or dials our number.
In this role, you'll be equal parts receptionist, barista, and hospitality guru, ensuring our clients feel like VIPs from the moment they arrive. You'll whip up a mean cappuccino (or iced latte!) and handle everything from phone calls to maintaining a polished, welcoming office environment. Bonus points if you have a background in service or barista skills-we love coffee enthusiasts!
What You'll Do:
- Be the first smiling face clients see-whether in person or over the phone. You'll make every interaction feel special, ensuring clients are directed to the right team member with ease.
- Prepare hot and cold coffee beverages (and occasional tea!) to delight clients while they wait.
- Greet clients arriving for closings, guide them to their rooms, and ensure the rooms are tidy and ready for the next guest.
- Stock snacks, beverages, and our signature Bluegrass Land Title swag, keeping everything looking top-notch.
- Answer calls with charm, routing inquiries to the right team member as efficiently as possible.
- Assist with administrative tasks like managing correspondence, updating spreadsheets, and ensuring documents flow smoothly through the office.
- Support our management team with tasks like scheduling, document prep, and correspondence.
Who You Are:
- A high school diploma or GED holder with a knack for making people feel welcome.
- Someone with previous customer service or receptionist experience (bonus if you've worked in hospitality or as a barista!).
- A pro at juggling multiple tasks while keeping a smile on your face.
- Tech-savvy, with experience using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with a natural flair for making spaces inviting and functional.
- A hospitality enthusiast with a "can-do" attitude.
