Responsibilities
- Manage daily, monthly and annual accounting activities in Unanet.
- AP invoices, Billing, cash receipts and disbursements, collections
- Reconcile Bank Statements
- Maintain appropriate reconciliation schedules
- Cash, AR, Prepaid Expenses, Amortization, Unbilled, Fixed assets
- Prepare standard monthly and annual financial statements in a timely manner
- Provide support for ad-hoc reporting and management requests
- Process semi-monthly payroll along with any special payroll requirements
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, Federal, State and Local requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree required and Masters degree preferred
- 1 year accounting experience
