About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our Bid Team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team in the preparation and submission of bids. You will be responsible for ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently, and that all deadlines are met. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in this role. You will report to the Bid Manager and work closely with other team members to ensure the success of our bids. This is a non-remote position.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience in an administrative support role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a bid support role
- Experience in the telecommunications, IT and/or construction industry
- Experience with talking with potential customers
- attending pre-bid meetings
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and submission of bids, including formatting, proofreading, and editing documents
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all bid-related activities
- Coordinate meetings and conference calls, and prepare meeting agendas and minutes
- Manage the bid calendar and ensure that all deadlines are met
- Provide general administrative support to the Bid Team as needed
- work with engineers, project managers, sales team, etc.
Skills:
In this role, you will use your excellent organizational and time management skills to ensure that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in coordinating meetings, managing the bid calendar, and providing general administrative support to the Bid Team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Adobe Creative Suite will be beneficial in formatting and editing bid documents. Additionally, your strong communication skills will be important in coordinating meetings and conference calls with internal and external stakeholders.
