About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated HR Coordinator to join our team in the Telecommunications/IT industry. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the HR department in various administrative tasks, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Your main goal will be to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the HR department, while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. This is a non-remote position.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in HR or related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification.
- Experience with HRIS systems.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:
