About the Role:
We are seeking a highly qualified HR Manager to join our team in the Telecom/IT industry. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. Your main goal will be to ensure that our organization attracts, hires, and retains the best talent in the industry, while also maintaining a positive and productive work environment. This is a non-remote position.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the Utilities industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PHR or SPHR certification.
- Experience with HRIS and other HR-related software.
- Experience with labor relations and collective bargaining agreements.
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
