We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst to join our dynamic Information Systems team. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in project management, business analysis, and / or software training. You will need a detail-oriented mindset working independently in a fast-paced environment and effectively coordinating a variety of tasks from multiple workstreams with minimal oversight. You will report into the head of the Technology Projects and Operations Center.
What will you do?
- Develop and write project-related documents and training resources to support various initiatives.
- Coordinate and manage tasks from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at multiple levels across the entire enterprise organization.
- Maintain attention to detail while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Work independently to drive projects forward, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Assist with the operational platforms and coordination of projects and deliverables.
