Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the voice of Blueprint Nutrition, supporting practitioners, answering questions, and resolving issues with clarity and care.You'll work within our customer support platforms, ensure smooth communication between departments, and help maintain the high level of trust our clients expect.
Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
- Resolve product and order issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately in the support platform.
- Use Hubspot to manage support tickets.
- Identify patterns and communicate recurring issues to the operations or product team.
- Collaborate with warehouse for smooth customer experiences.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products and protocols.
- Support the improvement of internal processes and customer resources.
Qualifications
- 3 years of customer service experience (health, wellness, or e-commerce industry preferred)
- Familiarity with customer service platforms (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Hubspot, etc.)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Comfortable with technology, learning new tools, and cross-team collaboration
- Calm and professional under pressure
