Telemarketer / Client Care Specialist – Inbound Calls | The Squire Group

What You'll Be Doing
- Handling inbound calls from existing or prospective clients
- Answering questions, updating information, and providing next-level service
- Making light outbound calls to clients who already requested info or need simple updates
- Helping guide people through a very personal (and important) decision about their coverage
- Bringing a calm, confident, and kind presence to every conversation
What Matters Most
You don’t need years of sales experience.
You don’t need an insurance license.
You just need to be:
- Friendly, honest, and great with people
- A clear communicator (on the phone and through email/text)
- Reliable, with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Comfortable with technology and able to multitask
- A true team player who wants to grow with a fast-moving, positive company
Pay & Schedule
- $10–$15 per hour starting pay, based on experience
- Incentives performance bonuses available
- Monday–Friday: 9 AM to 6 PM
- Alternating Saturdays (optional)
