Customer Service Representative:
Tubreaux Aviation is a full service FBO offering pilot services, fuel, flight instruction, aircraft maintenance and sales. As the Customer Service Representative you would serve as the front line of support for clients and customers helping to ensure that customers are satisfied with products, services and assuring that each customer feels valued and leaves with a positive experience.
The customer service representative is responsible for handling an array of customer centered duties including interacting with customers over the phone and in person while maintaining a high level of professionalism and presenting Tubreaux Aviation in the best light to our customers. Our goal is to always provide superior customer service and support. Each customer interaction affects the company’s bottom line in either a positive or negative way so a great Customer Service Representative must add value to the organization. We are seeking enthusiastic , reliable, detail oriented candidates who are self motivated with minimum supervision.
Our Customer Service Representatives are responsible for:
- Answering customer and vendor calls regarding service, fuel, lessons and general client questions and concerns.
- Maintaining a knowledgeable high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with each caller and within the organization.
- Impacting the company’s bottom line by accurately calculating customer fuel tickets, invoices as well as flight time in usage logs and product and service delivery logs. Attention to detail and mathematical competency is a must.
- Maintaining a professional demeanor and etiquette at all times.
- Working closely and communicating effectively with line service personnel and pilots.
- Efficiently multi-tasking and problem solving in a very fast paced environment.
