Future Founder Start-up Recruiting Fellowship - Summer 2025
Blueprint Talent Group is an MIT alumni-led boutique consulting firm based in Chicago that focuses on research and strategy for recruiting top talent.

About our fellowship program
This fellowship gives aspiring entrepreneurs an inside look at the hardest thing to get right for start-ups – recruiting and building your team. After working with us for a summer, you’ll gain hands-on experience with recruiting execution and insider knowledge about hiring that will give you the edge to succeed with your own company or career.

How you can help us
You'll have visibility into and opportunities to contribute to our projects, such as:
- Designing and executing recruiting strategies to attract top talent
- Researching competitors, markets, and talent landscapes
- Planning and executing recruiting events
- Sourcing and pitching target candidates Building company values and developing culture

What we’re looking for
- An aspiring entrepreneur / start-up founder or you’ve already started building your own company
- Resourcefulness and extreme intellectual curiosity – we need to learn about emerging technologies, financial markets, new startups, university curriculums, research fellowships, etc
- Interest in systematically tackling people problems in a tech environment
- Strong writing and analytical skills – we take a research-driven approach to helping our clients find product-market fit in recruiting the talent they want
- Bias for action and competitive drive – there are a lot of strong companies and smart people vying for the same talent…and we like to win
- Willingness to learn, ask for help when you need it, and receive coaching to improve Openness, accountability, and excitement to get your hands dirty and contribute to all aspects of the business

Additional info
Students would be required to relocate to Chicago and are responsible for housing. We often travel to research universities and meet candidates or for on-site work with clients. Past interns have traveled for work to cities such as NY, SF, LA, London and more.
