Blueprint Supply Cocktail Club is seeking a talented General Manager to run a world class nightclub.
Responsibilities include hiring, training and evaluating personnel, cash flow management, purchasing, inventories, sales goals, profit-and-loss statements and payroll. Quality control in terms of inspecting venue, maintaining high service standards and ensuring guest satisfaction. Maintaining a safe, secure environment while complying with state and local regulations.
The Blueprint is a vibrant and dynamic cocktail club for entertainment and creativity that blends historical charm with cutting-edge nightlife in Nashville's iconic Printers Alley.
The Blueprint showcases a vibrant mix of live performances, from local legends to international sensations, alongside innovative cocktails and gourmet bites that pay homage to the culinary heritage of Nashville and the legacy of Printers Alley. Featuring a unique open-window concept and an inviting outdoor patio, The Blueprint offers patrons a mesmerizing atmosphere where the spirits of past printers and contemporary creatives merge, making it the definitive gathering spot for both local enthusiasts and global talents.
Knowledge
- Thorough knowledge of all new entertainment, liquor, and fashion trends, both in the US and worldwide that may have an impact on customer preferences and satisfaction.
- Knowledge of sanitation laws and regulations.
- Knowledge of safety laws and regulations.
- Awareness of nightclub, lounge and bar scene.
Skills
- At least 3-5 years of experience as Manager for a high volume, upscale nightclub or lounge environment.
- Extensive experience and knowledge in strategic planning, production, materials management, distribution/logistics and quality assurance of all beverage related commodities.
- Attention to detail.
