Job Summary:
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing activities related to the construction and install of Small Cell and Fiber projects. This person will be overseeing the scheduling and implementation of the development of the construction project.
Responsibilities:
- Work with superintendents, foreman’s and Construction managers on all wireless construction projects.
- Establish project objectives, procedures and performance standards within boundaries of company policy and contract specifications.
- Collaborate with supervisors, foremen, and Construction Managers to address work procedures, resolve complaints, and tackle construction challenges.
- Establish and maintain communication with owners and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth project operations.
- Oversee project progress by providing administrative guidance to on-site foremen, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget.
- Assess potential issues, develop solutions, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Represent the company in project and strategy meetings, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Partner with Program Manager to oversee the financial management of contracts.
- Coordinate the requisition of supplies, materials, and subcontractors to ensure project completion.
- Provide clear explanations of project plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers, and others involved.
- Prepare reports on project status, including work progress, costs, and timelines.
- Allocate workers to specific projects on construction sites based on project requirements.
Education:
- Bachelors of Science degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field preferred
- Five years of experience in tower construction management
Experience Needed:
- Experience in Small Cell and Fiber Projects
- In depth knowledge of construction management lifecycle, how to manage it including the budget
- Knowledge in standards and regulations
- Familiarity with construction management software package
- Competent in conflict resolution
- Leadership and human resource management experience
- In depth experience in project management skill/experience
Skills:
- Actively on job sites, regular communication in all onsite personnel
- Ability to comprehend and carry out instructions
- Must be able to lead a construction crew to complete project
- This position will directly supervise the Construction Manager or crews if Construction Manager is not present.
Work Environment & Requirements:
- Typical work schedule of Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with overtime requirements.
- Travel will be around 10-30% of the time.

Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
