- Support the Software Test Engineering Team by defining and prioritizing initiatives that enhance test automation, performance validation, and software quality.
- Translate testing objectives into actionable technical plans with clear documentation and artifacts.
- Communicate product vision and testing priorities, ensuring alignment across engineering, test teams, and stakeholders.
- Own backlog management-create, refine, and prioritize test-related backlog items to meet project milestones.
- Develop and execute roadmaps, defining test epics and initiatives to achieve key milestones.
- Utilize platforms like Jira, and Confluence to manage test engineering resources and workflows efficiently.
- Proactively identify risks and bottlenecks in test coverage, automation frameworks, and validation processes.
- Analyze test performance metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvements in test coverage, automation, and efficiency.
- Develop training materials and process guides to ensure best practices are well-documented and scalable.
- Proven experience in software test engineering, software development, or technical project management.
- Hands-on experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong Agile expertise-SCRUM knowledge is a big plus.
- Preferred certifications: CSPO, SAFe POPM, PMP, or PMI-ACP.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for test environments and automation.
- Experience with test automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and performance testing is a plus.
- Exceptional ability to simplify and articulate complex technical concepts for various audiences.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and dynamic environments with resilience and ownership.
- Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) for test data analysis and insights.
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills to drive alignment and collaboration.
Salary : $130,000 - $180,000
