- Support the Systems Administration Team by defining and prioritizing initiatives that enhance system reliability, automation, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure 24/7 operational readiness by translating infrastructure needs into scalable, secure, and resilient system strategies.
- Develop and execute system roadmaps, defining epics and initiatives to improve system availability and performance.
- Own backlog management-create, refine, and prioritize system-related backlog items that align with uptime and efficiency goals.
- Utilize platforms like Jira and Confluence to track system performance, manage resources, and drive operational improvements.
- Define technical requirements and acceptance criteria, ensuring that system administration efforts align with operational priorities.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime.
- Analyze system performance metrics, incident reports, and user feedback to drive continuous improvements.
- Develop training materials and process guides to streamline operations and enhance response readiness.
- Proven experience in system administration, infrastructure engineering, or technical project management.
- Hands-on experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong Agile expertise-SCRUM knowledge is a big plus.
- Preferred certifications: CSPO, SAFe POPM, PMP, or PMI-ACP.
- Familiarity with cloud environments, virtualization, and enterprise infrastructure management.
- Experience with automation tools, scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell), and system monitoring platforms.
- Strong understanding of network security, identity management, and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional ability to troubleshoot challenges, improve workflows, and simplify complex system processes.
- Comfortable working in a 24/7 operational environment, responding to dynamic challenges with resilience and ownership.
- Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) for system performance analysis and reporting.
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills to align technical priorities with operational goals.
Salary : $130,000 - $180,000
