Key Responsibilities :
- HR Administration : Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee files and processing HR-related paperwork.
- Recruitment and Onboarding : Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding.
- Employee Relations : Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and ensure a positive work environment.
- Performance Management : Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems and provide support to managers in performance-related matters.
- Compliance : Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, and maintain up-to-date employee records.
- Training and Development : Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
