The HR Generalist will be responsible for providing a wide range of HR services, supporting the HR department in managing employee relations, recruitment, benefits, compliance, training, and performance management to ensure a positive and productive workplace. This is a hybrid position in the Cincinnati, OH area
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide daily hands-on human resources expertise in the areas of employee relations, on-boarding, benefits, FMLA, and more, provide backup HR business support to other businesses locally as required
- Manage employee relations issues, including leading internal investigations and providing recommendations for resolution
- Administer benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, HSA, COBRA, and leave administration
- Maintains knowledge of best practices, regulatory changes, and innovative technologies in human resources.
- Maintaining digital files for employees and their documents, benefits, and other miscellaneous documents for their location
- Prepare and maintain various HR reports, including turnover, headcount, and compliance-related reports.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Ability to prioritize tasks and pay attention to detail.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, payroll systems, or related software.
Multi-site experience a plus
Must have the ability to commute 3 days a week
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree
3 years in a multi-state environment
HR Certification is a plus
