Role Description
This is a full-time role as an Information Technology Support Technician located in the Syracuse, New York Metropolitan Area. The Help Desk Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting desktop computers, resolving printer issues, and offering help desk support on a day-to-day basis.
