SUMMARY:
Responsible for guest satisfaction through customer service. Assist’s guests with valet parking and/or luggage transport for hotel stay. Responsible for meeting BlueWater Resort & Casino expectations on guest service standards and completing assigned duties during all shifts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Makes eye contact, smiles and greets guests warmly and sincerely to BlueWater Resort & Casino. Performs and improves efficiency by properly assisting guests with luggage, providing information and providing guests with friendly, attentive service. Maximizes knowledge of property activities, room rates, room types, and events for guest awareness and satisfaction. Assists guests to and from guest room and public areas; secures luggage with proper tagging procedures. Provides proper security, safety, and emergency procedures and information as required for guests and fellow employees. Complies with BlueWater Resort & Casino rules and regulations. Complies with Federal, State, and Tribal laws. Works in a safe manner; complies with company and OSHA safety regulations. All other duties as assigned (non-gaming functions and issued gaming license permitting).

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations.
Position requires for the ability to work with a team to provide exceptional guest service to all BlueWater Resort & Casino guests. Must be able to drive all vehicle types. Must be knowledgeable of Parker and the surrounding area. Must have knowledge of BWRC events and promotions.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma or GED equivalent, relevant experience may substitute for this requirement. Possession of valid driver’s license and excellent driving record, as verified by a Motor Vehicle Report, required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Must be able to lift up to fifty pounds. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions such as heat or cold. Must be able to continuously enter and exit automobiles. Must be able to push and pull luggage carts containing maximum capacity loads.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Fast paced work environment with many variables that contribute to daily challenges. Involves working in close quarters with other staff members and hotel/resort guests.
