USA Salt Lake City based job opening with our client who are an innovative and fast-growing health & wellness supplements company seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead manufacturing, production, inventory management, fulfillment, and global logistics. This role is critical to optimizing supply chain efficiency, quality control, and international distribution across North America, Europe, and other key markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacturing & Production : Oversee in-house and third-party supplement production, ensuring compliance with FDA, GMP, and quality control standards.
- Inventory Management : Optimize stock levels, demand planning, and procurement for efficiency and cost control.
- Fulfilment & Logistics : Manage warehousing, order fulfilment, and last-mile delivery, ensuring on-time and accurate shipments.
- International Shipping & Import / Export : Ensure seamless cross-border logistics, customs compliance, and regulatory adherence.
- Operational Efficiency & Cost Optimization : Implement lean processes and automation to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Team Leadership : Build and mentor high-performing operations, supply chain, and logistics teams.
