In the Account Manager Trainee position, you will utilize strategic sales strategies and solutions to maximize client profit, increase account enrollment, and maintain high customer satisfaction. You will work closely with senior account managers to develop your skills in account management, sales, and relationship-building within the telecommunications sector.
Primary Account Manager Trainee Responsibilities:
- Serve as the direct account manager for new and existing clients, building and strengthening the client-customer relationship.
- Assist customers in understanding and utilizing the company’s services to their full potential, ensuring they receive the most value from their accounts.
- Provide exceptional customer service through regular communication, addressing any concerns or issues that arise promptly and professionally.
- Support the sales team in new customer account enrollment and retention through the development and implementation of new sales strategies
- Contribute to meeting sales goals by working closely with entry level team members analyzing customer accounts and identifying areas for improvement in both account performance and profitability.
- Utilize senior account management and reliable resources to help improve client metrics, ensuring high levels of account performance and optimizing profit margins.
- Monitor and report on the performance of customer accounts, ensuring sales targets and customer satisfaction goals are being met.
- Leverage a network of industry contacts to enhance client relations and demonstrate best practices to serve the customer and contribute to company success.
Entry Level Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred, but not required).
- Basic knowledge of sales strategies, customer service, and account management is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team while also being self-sufficient and proactive.
- Familiarity with performance-based incentives and bonuses.
