We are looking for a highly motivated Account Manager Trainee to join our growing team. In this Account Manager Trainee role, you’ll have the opportunity to learn the ropes of account management while directly contributing to the execution of exciting, high-impact events for AT&T.
Account Manager Trainee Responsibilities:
- Support the account management team in the planning, execution, and follow-up of in-store events.
- Collaborate with clients, like AT&T, to understand their brand goals and develop tailored event strategies.
- Assist with coordinating logistics, ensuring events run smoothly and efficiently.
- Monitor the success of events by tracking key metrics such as product engagement, sales, and customer feedback.
- Build strong relationships with retail partners, customers, and stakeholders.
- Learn to manage client expectations and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
