Because of the rapid rate of growth we’ve seen in the past few months alone, we are actively seeking an ambitious new Account Manager Trainee to join our team! As an Account Manager Trainee with SPI Solutions Group, you will play a crucial role in making connections with customers, driving sales and revenue growth, and participating in overall business development. You will learn how to implement proven methods in customer service, sales, and team management to achieve reliable and consistent results.
Key Responsibilities of an Account Manager Trainee:
- Present sales pitches, explaining available plans, programs, and services to prospective customers face to face in an accurate, succinct, and thorough manner
- Listen to specific needs of prospective customers regarding pricing and service at point of sales and recommend plans that meet those needs
- Overcome objections through effective customer service and sales strategies, providing a thorough explanation of the benefits and features of available plans to the customer
- Track and monitor individual and team performance throughout the sales pipeline, ensuring sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics are met
- Offer ongoing post-enrollment support by assisting customers in the resolution of issues & concerns related to their chosen products, ensuring high metrics in customer retention
Qualifications of an Account Manager Trainee:
- An associate’s degree or equivalent, preferred
- 1 years experience in sales, preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and come up with effective solutions quickly
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated individuals, able to work independently and collaboratively when needed
- Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply!

Pay: $47,000.00 - $58,500.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
