Full Job Description
Schedule:
· Monday to Friday
· 2nd Shift
Starting Rate: Based on experience.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*:
· Perform quality inspections and audits according to specifications, work instructions, and established standards.
· Conduct various audits, including first piece, in-process, last piece, and final dock audits, ensuring product compliance and maintaining accurate logs.
· Perform final inspections using visual examination and measurements in accordance with sampling plans.
· Support special sorting operations for concerns or new product launches.
· Assist in team problem-solving to address quality issues effectively.
· Identify and document opportunities for process, product, and system quality improvements.
· Maintain a clean and organized workspace by adhering to 5S principles.
· Contribute to root cause analysis and implement solutions for identified quality concerns.
· Perform other quality-related duties as assigned.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Sitting, walking, and bending up to 8 hours per day.
