Job Summary:
As a Carpet Cleaner at BMS Carpet Cleaners, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality carpet cleaning services to residential and commercial customers. This role involves operating carpet cleaning equipment, assessing cleaning needs, applying cleaning solutions, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining our high standards of service.

Responsibilities:

• Arrive punctually at each job location and conduct pre-cleaning assessments with clients.
• Operate and maintain carpet cleaning equipment effectively and safely.
• Apply the appropriate cleaning solutions and techniques based on the type of carpet and level of cleaning required.
• Remove stains, dirt, and debris from carpets, following BMS cleaning protocols.
• Ensure all work meets BMS Carpet Cleaners' quality standards before leaving the job site.
• Maintain equipment in good working order and report any issues to management.
• Wrap cleaned area rugs in protective plastic and set them aside for client pick-up according to SOPs.
• Uphold excellent customer service and communicate professionally with clients.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Previous carpet cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Ability to operate carpet cleaning equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
• Physical ability to perform carpet cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
