KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Service BDC Representative is a master at customer service and multi-tasking. As a BDC Representative, you are responsible for handling incoming phone calls, accurately inputting customer information, scheduling appointments, following up on no shows, confirming appointments and reaching out to service opportunities. Key responsibilities include the following. Others may be assigned.
- Respond to all incoming service phone calls
- Follow up on no-show visits
- Follow up on special order parts
- Reach out to customers who’s vehicles require service
- Effectively communicate any special circumstances to the service team
- Convey general information regarding current inventory or specials
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Prior BDC experience preferred but not required.
- Experience with Xtime a plus but not required
- Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with multiple teams simultaneously
- Works well with others
