What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative (6AM-2PM) position at BNB Repairs INC.?
Exciting opportunity to grow with a quickly expanding facility maintenance company. Headquartered out of Buffalo - we now cover the New York, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Georgia and Florida markets. We have existing relationships with several major national retail chains, and therefore all of the work is commercial in nature.
We seek candidates who truly enjoy working in this field and those that possess attention to detail, time management, and take pride in their work. Dispatching experience preferred. Dispatching will involve communication with numerous technicians across multiple states - so this position requires a natural ability to adapt and troubleshoot in a fast paced environment
In addition to dispatching, this position will also require you to answer and direct customer phone calls and emails, and to update clients on work status.

This position is for the hours of 6AM-2PM.
